This specimen was lot 1397 in Sincona sale 76 (Zürich, May 2022), where it sold for 800 CHF (about US$971 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE - AUSTRIA. Ferdinand II. 1619-1637. 1/2 Taler 1634, Wien. Selten. Vorzüglich. NGC AU58. Hübsche Patina. (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdinand II, 1619-37, half thaler of 1634, Vienna mint. Rare, Extremely fine, Attractively toned.)"
The SCWC notes this type of 1624-36 as fairly common. The Hall mint also struck half thalers (see KM 592.1) for Leopold V but not in 1634.
