Künker sale 406, lot 4470

This specimen was lot 4470 in Künker sale 406 (Osnabrück, March 2024), where it sold for €440 (about US$577 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"RÖMISCH-DEUTSCHES REICH, Rudolf II. 1576-1612. Sechser 1604, Hall. RR Feine Patina, sehr schön +. (Austria, Rudolf II, 1576-1612, six kreuzer of 1604 Hall mint. Very rare, fine patina, very fine or better.)"

This scarce type is listed for 1604 only. Six kreuzer was 1/10 gulden or 1/12 thaler until the Thirty Years War.
