Künker Auction 425, lot 2010

This specimen was lot 2010 in Künker Auction 425 (Osnabrück, July 2025), where it sold for €550 (about US$779 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"DEUTSCHE MÜNZEN UND MEDAILLEN · ANHALT, FÜRSTENTUM Christian I., August, Ludwig, Johann Casimir, Georg Aribert und Johann, 1621-1630. Reichstaler (24 Groschen) 1623, Dessau. Unregelmäßiger Schrötling, zum Teil schwach ausgeprägt, sehr schön. Exemplar der Slg. Thormann, Auktion Fritz Rudolf Künker 320, Osnabrück 2019, Nr. 4762; zuvor erworben am 10.11.1976 von der Münzhandlung Hanfried Bendig, Bremen. (Germany, principality of Anhalt, joint issue of Christian I, August, Louis, John Casimir, George Aribert and John, 1621-30, thaler of 1623, Dessau mint. Irregular planchet, partly weakly struck, very fine.)"
