This specimen was lot 33301 in Heritage sale 3038 (Dallas, January 2015), where it sold for $470. The catalog description[1] noted, "Bahawalpur. Shuja al-Mulk 2 Reales AH 1218/1 (1803) AU58 NGC. Exceptionally choice for this normally well worn type." Afghan rupees were struck for many years at many mints and are priced fairly cheaply but two rupees are seldom seen.
