This specimen was lot 3915 in Künker sale 353 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €280 (about US$390 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRANDENBURG-PREUSSEN, PREUSSEN, KÖNIGREICH, Friedrich Wilhelm II. 1786-1797. Ku.-1/4 Stüber 1794, A, Berlin. Prägung für Ostfriesland. Wertzahl zwischen Sternen. Sehr schön. Erworben im August 1972. (Germany, kingdom of Prussia, Frederick William II, 1786-97, quarter stuber of 1794, Berlin mint, struck for East Friesland, value between stars. Very fine.)"
This one year type, struck for East Friesland, is fairly common.
