This specimen was lot 70664 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, May 2018), where it sold for $80. The catalog description[1] noted, "GREAT BRITAIN. 3 Pence, 1679. Charles II (1660-85). PCGS AU-55 Secure Holder. Toned with underlying luster and quite attractive." This is the most affordable of the silver minors of Charles II when compared to the silver tuppence, groat, sixpence and shilling.
