This specimen was lot 10278 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €528 (about US$550). The catalog description[1] noted, "DENMARK. Skilling, 1681-GS. Copenhagen Mint. Christian V. NGC AU-55. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck 1676-77 and 1680-81. Only the 1681 has mintmaster's initials "GS". One skilling was 1/96 speciedaler or 1/64 krone.

Recorded mintage: unknown.

Specification: 0.6 g, 0.156 fine silver, 15.6 mm diameter.
