This specimen was lot 3575 in Sincona sale 26 (Zurich, October 2015), where it sold for 150 CHF (about US$185 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Karl XIII. 1809-1818 1 Skilling Species 1816. Fast vorzüglich (kingdom of Norway, Swedish rule, Charles XIII (1809-18), one skilling species of 1816, choice extremely fine.)"
This one year type has a low value in worn condition but is likely very scarce choice. One specie daler was 120 skilling until 1873. Norway was under Swedish rule 1814-1907.
Recorded mintage: 1,659,000.
