This specimen was lot 74560 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2022), where it sold for $168. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. 4 Reales, 1803-Mo FM. Mexico City Mint. Charles IV. PCGS Genuine--Rim Damage, VG Details. While very well circulated, evidenced by some rim merging and damage, this piece provides an affordable avenue to acquire a portrait 4 Reales piece more affordably than most of this coveted type."
