This specimen was lot 4349 in Goldberg sale 74 (Los Angeles, June 2013), where it sold for $149.50 including buyer's fees. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States - Württemberg. Taler, 1866. Karl I. NGC graded AU-53." The type is noted for 1865-67 and is fairly available in circulated condition.

Recorded mintage: 346,000.

Specification: 18.52 g, 0.900 fine silver, .535 troy oz ASW.
