This specimen was lot 1056 in Sincona sale 63 (Zürich, June 2020), where it sold for 2,400 CHF (about US$3,007 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Grossbritannien, konigreich, Charles I. 1625-1649. 1/2 Pound 1642, Oxford Mint. Selten. Sehr schön. Hübsche Patina. (kingdom of Great Britain, Charles I, 1625-49, half pound of 1642, Oxford mint. Rare, Very fine, Attractively toned.)"
