This specimen was lot 1245 in Sincona sale 54 (Zürich, May 2019), where it sold for 425 CHF (about US$506 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"Republik, seit 1923. 50000 Lira 1984, Ankara. UNO. Dekade der Frau. Selten. Nur 973 Exemplare geprägt. Polierte Platte. FDC. (republic of Turkey, since 1923, 50,000 lira of 1984, Ankara mint, UN Decade for Women. Rare. Only 973 pieces struck, Choice Proof.)"

This is the only gold issue of this denomination.
