This specimen was lot 3882 in Steve Album Auction 51 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2025), where it sold for $156. The catalog description^[1] noted, "TURKEY: Republic, AR 3000 lira, 1982, International Year of the Scout, with original case of issue, PCGS graded Proof 68 DCAM." This was struck at the Royal Mint.
