This specimen was lot 852 in Sincona sale 19 (Zürich, October 2014), where it sold for CHF 3,000 (about US$3,760 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "10 Kopecks 1878, St. Petersburg Mint, HФ. Prooflike brilliant uncirculated." This type of 1867-1900 is common. It is reduced in weight and fineness from the type of 1860-66.
