This specimen was struck at the Guanajuato mint in 1833. This mint struck silver and gold coins 1812-1900, with one reales known for 1826-62 and 1867-68. This specimen has a "flat top 3;" "round top 3's" are also listed for the date. The issues of Guanajuato, along with Zacatecas and Mexico City, are generally considered common.
