This specimen was part of lot 4641 in SINCONA Auction 98 (Zürich, May 2025), which sold for 140 CHF (about US$203 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"SCHWEIZ Zürich, Stadt und Kanton, 20 Schilling (Halbgulden) o. J. (nach 1700), Zürich. 20 Schilling 1714. Gutes sehr schön. (2) (Switzerland, city and canton of Zürich, undated twenty schilling or half gulden, circa 1700, and a twenty schilling of 1714, Zürich mint. Good Very Fine, two pieces.)"
This type was struck 1707, 1711-16. Around this time, the thaler was raised from 72 schilling to 80 schilling, making this a quarter thaler.
