This specimen was lot 4941 in Goldberg sale 74 (Los Angeles, June 2013), where it sold for $184 including buyer's fees. The catalog description[1] noted, "Netherlands - Zeeland. Lion Daalder, 1616. NGC graded VF-35." Lion daalders were struck in most of the provinces that today make up the Netherlands. This type is recorded in the SCWC for Zeeland for 1606-1658.
