Wurttemberg 1741 kreuzer

from the Stack's Bowers 2018 ANA sale, lot 22747

This specimen was lot 22747 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it did not sell. The catalog description^[1] noted, "GERMANY. Wurttemberg. Kreuzer, 1741. Karl Alexander (1738-44). NGC MS-65. Virtually pristine with sprinkled dark tone over exceptionally vibrant surfaces on both sides." This is a one year type, altho kreuzer were struck thru the entire 18th century.
