This specimen was lot 4473 in Künker sale 335 (Osnabruck, Germany, March 2020), where it sold for €3,800 (about US$4,973 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"WÜRTTEMBERG, WÜRTTEMBERG, HERZOGTUM, SEIT 1806 KÖNIGREICH. Karl Friedrich von Württemberg-Oels als Administrator und Vormund von Karl Eugen, 1738-1744. Reichstaler 1739, Stuttgart. RR Feine Patina, fast vorzüglich. (Germany, duchy of Wurttemberg, Frederick of Württemberg-Oels as administrator and regent for Charles Eugene, 1738-44, thaler of 1739, Stuttgart mint. rare, fine patina, about extremely fine.)"
