This specimen was issued by Turkey as part of the F.A.O. series. Turkey issued an elaborate series of F.A.O. coins, including this gold issue from 1978. The obverse features an Anatolian woman in traditional bridal costume while the reverse is the same oak branch design used on the regular type. The last five kuruş was issued in 1980.

Recorded mintage: 1,019,000.
