Stephen Album sale 47, lot 2690

This specimen was lot 2690 in Stephen Album sale 47 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2023), where it sold for $312. The catalog description^[1] noted, "TUNISIA: Republic, AR 10 dinars, 1998, 40th Anniversary of Central Bank, Monastir Branch, mishandled (hairlined) as usual, mintage of only 850 pieces, Proof, R, ex Wolfgang Schuster Collection." This anniversary was also featured on KM 373 (Sfax branch/Arabic legends) and KM 374 (Sfax branch/French legends). Other ten dinars for 1998 include KM 375.

Recorded mintage: unknown plus 850 proofs.
