This specimen was lot 1433 in Jean Elsen sale 121 (Brussels, June 2014), where it sold for €80 (about US$128 including buyers' fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"ITALIE, TASSAROLO, Livia Centurioni Oltremarini, épouse de Filippo Spinola (1616-1688), AR luigino, 1666, Droit: B. féminin à droite. Revers: Ecu aux trois lis et lambel sous une couronne. Superbe. (Itally, Tassarolo, Livia Centurioni Oltremarini, wife of Filippo Spinola (1616-1688), silver luigino of 1666. Obverse: feminine bust to right; reverse: shield with three fleurs-de-lys and label under a crown. Extremely fine.)"

Tassarolo is a tiny region in Genoa, today claiming less than a thousand souls. This coin was struck in imitation of the French twelfth écu, then having a brief vogue in the Levantine trade.
