Shown is a Spanish two reales struck in 1770 at the Seville mint. Assayer CF is recorded for the year 1768-1771. This specimen was auctioned Cayon Subastas in Madrid, Spain, on September 15, 2011, where it hammered for 90 Euros (about US$146 including buyer's fees). The catalog description reads:
"Sevilla. 2 reales. 1770. CF. Mancha en anv. EBC/MBC+, tono. (two reales of 1770, toned extremely fine.)"
Recorded mintage: unknown.
Specification: 6.77 g, 0.833 fine silver, 0.1813 troy oz ASW.
