This specimen was lot 23575 in Heritage sale 61343 (Dallas, November 2023), where it sold for $119. The catalog description[1] noted, "Philip III Cob 2 Reales 1619 S-G F15 PCGS, Seville mint. A one-year type with assayer G, attributed by Calicó to 1619 (and 1619/8) alone." This type was struck in Seville for Spain 1599-1607, 1611-1620. Production for 1619 was shared between assayers G and R.

Recorded mintage: unknown but a scarce date.

Specification: 6.86 g, 0.931 fine silver, this specimen 6.54 g.
