This specimen was lot 1695 in Stephen Album sale 41 (Santa Rosa, CA, September 2021), where it sold for $900. The catalog description[1] noted, "SEYCHELLES: Republic, AR 50 rupees, 1980, piéfort issue, UNICEF and International Year of the Child, PCGS graded Proof 69 DCAM, RR." The regular NCLT is not rare. Many countries honored UNICEF with commemoratives in 1980.
