This specimen was lot 46768 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Oklahoma City, OK, August 2025), where it sold for $336. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Saxony. Taler, 1621. Dresden Mint. Johann Georg I. PCGS Genuine--Tooled, EF Details." This type is listed for 1620-38 and is slightly scarcer than the preceding type (Dav-7591).
