This specimen was lot 74622 in Stack's Bowers May 2026 World Premier Collectors Choice Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, May 2026), where it sold for $244. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Saxony. Taler, 1619. Dresden Mint. Johann Georg I. VF Details--Mount Removed, Tooled. From the Greyhound Collection." This type is listed for 1616-20 and is slightly scarcer than the preceding type (Dav-7573).
