This specimen was lot 2606 in Stephen Album sale 45 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2023), where it sold for $102. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA: SALZBURG: Leonhard von Keutschach, 1495-1519, AR 4 kreuzer, 1516, St. Rupert holding his salt box in right hand and crozier in left, PCGS graded AU53, ex Joe Sedillot Collection." Four kreuzer made a batzen and sixty kreuzer made a thaler or gulden in the early sixteenth century.
