This specimen was lot 39650 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2025), where it sold for $65. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. Mint Error -- Coin Alignment -- 10 Kopeks, 1932. St. Petersburg (Leningrad) Mint. NGC AU Details--Environmental Damage." This type was struck 1931-34 to supersede a silver coin (KM Y86) and all dates are common. The obverse motto, "ПРОЛЕТАРИИ ВСЕХ СТРАН, СОЕДИНЯИТЕСЬ!", translates as, "Workers of the world, unite!"
