This specimen was lot 815 in Sincona sale 12 (Zürich, October 2013), where it sold for 120 CHF (about US$155 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted, "Alexander II, 1818-1881, 15 Kopecks 1864, St. Petersburg Mint, H. About uncirculated." This type was struck 1860-66 in large numbers and this is a common date. In 1867, the weight was reduced to 2.70 g, 0.500 fine silver and struck in that form until the collapse of the regime.
