This specimen was lot 72731 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, October 2019), where it sold for $312. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 5 Kopeks, 1833-EM OX. Ekaterinburg Mint. Nicholas I. PCGS MS-63 Brown Gold Shield. A delightfully choice red-brown example, featuring intense brilliance highlighting the devices along with clean, problem free surfaces." This type was struck 1831-39 at Ekaterinburg and Suzun. Mintages are generally large.
