This specimen was lot 47435 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Oklahoma City, OK, August 2025), where it sold for $264. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. 2 Kopeks, 1828-KM AM. Nicholas I. PCGS MS-63 Brown." This type was struck in large quantities at Ekaterinburg (mintmark EM), St. Petersburg (СПБ), Suzun (KM) and Izhora (ИМ) during 1810-30.

Recorded mintage: 15,000,000.

Specifications: 13.65 g, copper, 29 mm diameter.
