This specimen was lot 2504 in Sincona sale 11 (Zürich, May 2013), where it did not sell. The catalog description[2] noted,

"RUSSLAND Alexander I. 1801-1825. 10 Kopeken 1823, St. Petersburg. NGC MS63. FDC. (Russia, Alexander I, 1801-25, twenty kopeks of 1823, St. Petersburg mint, NGC 63.)"

This type is listed for 1810-26 and has a low catalog value in circulated condition.
