This specimen was lot 1648 in Ponterio sale 173 (New York, January 2013), where it sold for $5,288. The catalog description[1] noted, "RUSSIA. Ruble, 1804-CNB OT. NGC MS-62. Mintage struck for the Russian holding of Jever in Germany. Toned with underlying luster." The SCWC records this product of the St. Petersburg mint (СПБ) for 1802-05, with mintmaster FG (ФГ) for 1803-11. The type is much scarcer than later rubles of Alexander I (1811-26).
