This specimen was lot 843 in Stack's Coin Galleries sale (New York, October 2010), where it sold for $345. The catalog description[1] noted,

"RUSSIA. SIBERIA. Catherine II, 1762-1796. Copper 10 Kopecks, 1781 KM. Kolyvan. Crowned monogram in palm and laurel, severe die break at l. divides field into two planes. Rv. Eastern crown, sables support oval shield bearing denomination and date, legend Siberian Coin. Olive-brown surfaces, final year of coinage. Extremely Fine."

This type was struck 1763-81 for circulation in Siberia. Many survive today but few in choice condition. This denomination was also struck in silver.
