The second specimen was lot 1822 in Künker sale 352 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €4,000 (about US$5,567 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[2] noted,

Gold coins of eighteenth century Prussia are scarce as, despite Frederick the Great's strenuous efforts to build up the local economy, Prussia remained a poor and backward country. This type was struck 1744-48 and was worth five thaler. Another frederick d'or (KM 930) was struck in Breslau in 1747 featuring an eagle with the trophies of war on the reverse.

Recorded mintage: unknown but rare.

Specification: 6.68 g, 0.903 fine gold, the first specimen 6.63 g, the second specimen 6.59 g.
