This specimen was lot 11403 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €65 (about US$68). The catalog description[1] noted, "SWEDEN. 1/12 Taler, 1763 - IHL. Pommern-Stralsund. Adolf Fredrik. NGC VF-35. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck 1763 and 1767-68 along with a 1/48 thaler, 1/24 thaler, 1/3 thaler and 2/3 thaler. Sweden ceded her last holdings in Pomerania to Prussia at the Congress of Vienna in 1815.
