This type was minted in 1676 as a sede vacante issue after the death of Innocent XI. The SCWC lists two different giulii for 1676, one sede vacante (shown here) and one honoring the Lateran palace (KM 385). The grosso was five baiocchi, while the piastra, the Italian equivalent of the German thaler, was 105 baiocchi (3½ testone).
