This type is listed for 1758 only and was struck in Rome. It is undated but shows the regnal year (I) on the obverse. The denomination is also known dated 1758 (KM 1183.2); both are common. The early coinage of the Papal States used an antique monetary system. After 1830, five quattrini = one baiocco; 100 baiocchi = one scudo.
