This specimen was lot 21385 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Las Vegas, August 2020), where it sold for $1,800. The catalog description[1] noted, "ITALY. Papal States. Piastre, Year AN XI (1710/1). Rome Mint. Clement XI. PCGS AU-50 Gold Shield. Celebrating the construction of the bridge at Civita Castellana, this attractively toned crown exhibits light, even wear and excellent detail remaining. A great architectural type. Noted for completeness is a minor planchet void at the end of the pope's name. From the Jasmine Collection." This commemorative is rare.
