Silver piastri are popular with collectors not only for their Catholic associations but also the extraordinarily vivid portraits of the various popes, including Innocent X (1644-55) shown here. This type is listed for year II (1645), III (1646) and IV (1647).

Recorded mintage: unknown but quite scarce.
