Pakistan 1977 100 rupees KM-47
This specimen was lot 72250 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, June 2022), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "PAKISTAN. 100 Rupees, 1977. NGC PROOF-67 Ultra Cameo. Commemorating the Second Islamic Conference. An incredibly handsome Superb Gem proof features a strong cameo appearance with bright and mirrored fields along with deeply frosted devices. Incredibly pleasing to behold." This NCLT celebrating a long forgotten conference of politicians, was accompanied by a gold 1000 rupees (KM 50) and a copper-nickel rupee (KM 45). The Pakistani regime has issued few NCLT's, apparently not appreciating the opportunities for graft and self-dealing available to such issues.

Specification: 20.44 g, 0.925 fine silver, 36 mm diameter.
