This specimen was lot 11067 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €552 (about US$575). The catalog description[1] noted, "NORWAY. Skilling, 1665. Christiania mint. Frederik III. NGC AU-58. Rarely seen in this excellent condition. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck 1649-69 in many varieties. One specie daler was six mark or 96 skilling.
