This specimen was lot 11057 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice Online Auction (Costa Mesa, CA, February 2025), where it sold for €264 (about US$275). The catalog description[1] noted, "NORWAY. Skilling, 1661. Christiania mint. Frederik III. NGC AU-55. From the L. E. Bruun Collection." This type was struck 1649-67 in many varieties. One specie daler was six mark or 96 skilling.
