This specimen was lot 22223 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Anaheim, CA, August 2016), where it sold for $258.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. Newfoundland. 5 Cents, 1904-H. ICCS MS-65. Satiny white surfaces with strong full luster. Some mild toning beginning from rim." This type was struck at London in 1903 and 1908 and at Heaton in 1904. This date is not rare.
