This specimen was lot 71287 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, October 2025), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "MEXICO. Mint Error -- Partial Collar -- 10 Centavos, 1891-Do P. Durango Mint. NGC MS-61. Only non-Error example in NGC Census is AG-3. The rarity of this coin is enhanced by beautiful multicolor toning. From the Kirk Menczer Collection of Republican Decimal Minors." The Durango mint struck this silver ten centavos 1878, 1880, 1884, 1886-95 and this is a common date. The 1878-DO, 1880-DO and 1886-DO are rare.

Recorded mintage: 139,000.

Specification: 2.70 g, 0.903 fine silver, 18 mm diameter, reeded edge.
