This specimen was lot 3479 in Goldberg sale 90 (Los Angeles, January 2016), where it sold for $969.37. The catalog description[1] noted, "German States: Mainz. 2 Ducats, 1644. Anselm Kasimir von Umstadt, 1629-1647. Bust right. Reverse: Crowned arms. Slightly uneven flan. Extremely Fine." Friedberg lists this type for 1642-47 and notes it as fairly available for a double ducat, normally very rare. Mainz was badly ravaged by the Thirty Years War.
