This specimen was lot 2766 in Steve Album Auction 51 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2025), where it sold for $156. The catalog description[1] noted, "MADRAS PRESIDENCY: AE 1/2 dub, 1808 (small date), denomination in Persian on obverse, ½ DUB in English below Telugu legend on reverse, VF, ex Solar Collection." The date is shown in Arabic numerals ("۱۸۰۸").
