This specimen was lot 46836 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Chicago, August 2024), where it sold for $65. The catalog description[1] noted, "ITALY. Lombardy-Venetia. 3 Centesimi, 1852-V. Venice Mint. Francis II. NGC MS-63 Red Brown." This type was struck for the kingdom of Lombardy-Venetia in 1852 at Venice and Milan. It is fairly common despite being a one year type. One hundred centesimi made a lira and six lire made a scudo. At the Congress of Vienna, Venice, Milan and Mantua were merged into the kingdom of Lombardy-Venetia and awarded to Austria. Lombardy fell to Sardinia in 1859 and Venetia to Italy in 1866.
