This specimen was lot 35107 in Ponterio sale 177 (Chicago, August 2013), where it sold for $382. The catalog description[1] noted, "LITHUANIA. 4 Groszny, 1566. Vilnius Mint. PCGS AU-58 Secure Holder. Sigismund II August (1548-72). Lightly toned with some luster amongst devices." We have used the German name for this coin, the four groschen, rather than the Polish cognate, four groszy.
